The service

Benoxy is a free tool that lets you send files and text between devices through your browser. Transfers happen directly between the devices you connect; we do not host, store or review what you send.

Acceptable use

• Only transfer content you have the right to share, and only to people who agreed to receive it.
• Do not use Benoxy to distribute malware or illegal content, or to harass anyone.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or the connection servers it relies on.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you send and for who you share a session link with — anyone with the link can ask to join. Check files you receive before opening them, as you would with any download.

Availability

Benoxy is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will always be available, that a connection can be established on every network, or that a transfer will complete. It depends on third-party services (hosting and connection servers) that may be interrupted. Keep your own copy of important files.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Benoxy is not liable for loss of data, failed or incomplete transfers, or any indirect damage resulting from the use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
